Still tweaking and play testing but so far this list has been performing fairly well. The action economy can be crazy good.

Perhaps, but in the few games I play-tested, Imperial Backing wasn’t as easy to get out or cost effective as two Tech Teams. Tech Teams paid off every turn. Imperial Backing was dropped for more mitigation. More testing will tell.
