My first deck idea. Using Temmin first you establish control by making it so they cannot control the battlefield without spending a resource. Use Con Artist's high chance (2/6) to discard their resources or they spend it themselves. you are free to outmaneuver and use planetary uprising to do damage and ramp up resources for the high cost upgrades. Combo c3-po and Con Artist to ramp the mill or to discard their resources at the start.
Feel free to discard a high cost weapon at start for a reroll and later use rebel for free to lower the cost during early game.
Reversal, electroshock and hyperspace jump to control their dice and Don't get Cocky to speed up their mill by another 2 cards or draw if you are looking for something.
