@ZappBrannigan false, you can't draw off Aphra taking the damage of RoT. That's because the deck isn't in play when the RoT trigger occur (check the game setup rules to find this out) @RyanSkywalkerE RoT makes sense here by enabling the effect of a Force Sensitive Outcast at the start of the game without taking any action
