Return of the first serious deck I ever played, back when I started playing after Way of the Force.
The reprints of Armor Plating, Armed To The Teeth, and The Best Defense... bring those cards back. And some new cards like A Sinister Peace and Inflict Pain are good for this deck. I also like Theed Royal Palace - Naboo for extra money, which is something this deck always had problems with. My roll for the battlefield won't be that great with these character dice, though, so I'm not likely to get it every time. That's why I included Well-Connected.
Measure for Measure replaces the old He Doesn't Like You that I used to use in this. It's not quite as good, because I have to remove a Mando die, instead of just any die that rolled bad, but it still gets the job done if I really need to remove something big.
I keep feeling like 6 removal events aren't enough, but then I remind myself that I also have 6 damage mitigation upgrades, between Bounty Hunter Mask, Armor Plating, and Riot Shield.
I also keep feeling that every red villain deck should have Separatist Embargo, but the point of this deck is to pump out damage fast, so I don't want to remove any of my damage cards for it. I might consider losing one of Make Demands to put in one embargo.

Any suggestions? I'm really missing the Relentless Pursuit and DH-17 Blaster Pistol this time around. I'm starting to wonder if this version will be as good as the older version. |
