I wanted to make a Kanan Jarrus - Rebel Jedi deck, and Qui-Gon Jinn - Ataru Master fits really well with him. The deck focuses heavily on Qui-Gon's ability to use shields offensively to slowly damage an opponent, while Kanan pumps out free resolves. If equipped with Fearless and Shoto Lightsaber, then Qui-Gon can effectively deal 2 damage upon activation. I only included a few sets of removal cards (Guard, Force Misdirection, Deflect) as the decks primary mitigation is shields. Against a melee primary deck, the deflects are essentially re-roll cards. Synchronicity and Ataru Strike are for some quick damage boosts if needed. The Jedi Robes are used primarily as a stepping stone to overwrite with better upgrades, but the extra focus is good until I can do that. Eventually they will become Ancient Lightsabers. Another thing to note is that many versions of this deck run Caution instead of Pacify. The reason I chose to run Pacify even though it provides one less shield is the simple fact Caution is dependent upon your second character being alive, whereas Pacify can be used even if one of your characters is defeated.
