A good start, but I'd recommend a couple of swaps. I'd take out both Canto Bight Pistol and Verpine Sniper Rifle and add an additional Jyn Erso's Blaster and one more Handheld L-S1 Cannon. Your health pool is a little low to run Crash Landing maybe Hasty Exit with some Quick Draw & Drop In to speed up the tempo. I'd also change the battlefield to one that does damage, discards cards, or generates resources.

Rex's Blaster Pistol is also a decent option to consider over Poe's blaster. It's inherent ability to activate another character if you control the battlefield adds to this team's speed. Speaking of battlefields, Theed Royal Palace gets you resource on a power action, Occupied City forces your opponent to discard when they install a support or upgrade. Both are strong, I prefer to play the second.
