Let's call the Royal Guard Vimes, and the Magnaguards Colon and Nobbs.
This is a fairly aggressive melee deck. Give Colon a Z6 Riot Control Baton.
Make Nobbs a Praetorian Guard. He and Vimes can then protect Colon while he does his thing.
An Electrostaff helps with those pay sides, and Imperial HQ is there as insurance.
The characters are a little bit squishy, so there's a fun albeit longshot option to use Premonitions to play a free Endless Ranks to bring in a replacement Magnaguard Carrot if/when Colon or Nobbs goes down.
The deck could use Force Illusion but it's left out because discarding cards risks throwing away your second Premonitions. Certainly an option to remove both Premonitions and Endless Ranks to bring in Force Illusion and either extra mitigation or resource generation or something more aggressive like Force Strike.
