Just a pile of jank that I came up with. Basically you get a free mill of 3 after setup, and as long as you stay alive you just have to resolve one Jedha dice for indirect damage each turn to keep milling. The bulk of the deck is just pauper mitigation to keep at least one of the partisans alive for as long as possible, along with a few things to focus into your indirect damage

Jedha Partisan ability will NOT trigger with Preemptive Strike. Preemptive Strike triggers after set up and JP's ability DURING a round.

Ahh gotcha, will switch to the mill plot most likely
