I took this to the Lansing MI regional and went 5-2, making the top 8. This deck is very effective at making your opponent defeat the manga guard first, allowing Vader to last much longer. It also sets up for power plays like using the best defense on an already "dead" guard and then using the price of failure after you use the guards dice. Getting off a rise again can be a game ender, so I included logistics to help get there, as well as one Grand Inquisitor's Lightsaber as a good target for it.

Did Rise Again pull it's weight in the deck? I know it can be a game ender but I never seem to have the resources for it, even with Logistics. Also, why only one Riot Control Baton? Congrats on Top 8. I was hoping to bring a Vader deck to a regional and have been trying to tweak my Vader MagnaGuard.

I got off the the Rise again in at least 4 games, maybe 5. I was usually able to do it by not spending any one round and taking a dollar on the guard or an upgrade. I only played one baton cause that's all I own lol.
