Control, Mill, and Crime Lord is the name of the game.
Get your Prized Possession out as soon as possible and use Detention Center when your opponent inevitably gets a super sexy roll.
I keep a "Fair" Trade in there, just in case my opponent has one.
Accumulate resources for a massive Buy Out mill and finish them off with Interrogation Droid, Probe Droid, Blackmail, and Thrawn - Master Strategist discards.
If you can get an Ace in the Hole/Crime Lord combo off early (usually have the 5 resources by turn 2), you can use Cheat to get the Crime Lord back in your hand.
Hound's Tooth, despite seeming like a bad legendary, actually works pretty well with this deck, it's passive is nice for early resources ramp and big sides help Unkar Plutt - Junk Dealer's action do work as well.
Super fun deck to play! Haven't lost against my friends, but have yet to take it to a tournament. some more slight tweaking to get it down to perfect. suggestions are appreciated. :)
