This is my first attempt at making a Villian Vehicle deck. I love Ciena Ree - Adept Pilot's ability, and wanted access to yellow, so thought Cad Bane - Vicious Mercenary would be good. Together they have 21 health, although Cienna is a bit squishy. Her ability to ready a vehicle will come in handy to get two rolls out of my ships.
With the Upgrades, in a perfect world, Both Cad and Cienna would have an Ambush weapon (Holdout Blaster or LL-30 Blaster Pistol, or X-8 Night Sniper), and Lead by Example. EMP Grenades to get rid of pesky vehicles or droids (looking at you C-3PO). Fast Hands for Cad of course.
Trying to keep 's cheap, so only two with a cost. Flanking Maneuver, which only makes my support die hit harder, and Imperial Backing to get supports out quicker. With both characters armed with Lead by Example, Partnership will carry an extra kick: Play it, the activate two supports (one via Lead, the other via Partnership). Boom. One action, bunch of die. As for my other cards: Rend is a no brainer to deal with Fast Hands, Force Speed, and Running Interference. And Deploy Squadron for that time when I don't have Lead or Partnership. Not sure about Collateral Damage yet, but any time you can control $$ it's a good thing. A "re-ready support card" should get in here also.
As for 's: Tech Team to help pay for the supports. And Hound's Tooth to generate more cash. Astromech to keep my vehicle die rolling well. First Order TIE Fighter to keep blasting the opponents. Imperial HQ, in case I don't have any money for with costs. And Drop Zone is similar to Back Up Muscle for Red Decks, as long as I can keep claiming the battlefield.
My is fluid right now, but I'm leaning towards Imperial Academy - Lothal, which lets me reroll supports, again, trying to control how my die roll.
First hand should have an Ambush Weapon and Lead by Example, and at least one support (hopefully a 1 cost one).
