Both characters are elite. We're heavy on ramp but light on expensive upgrades due to Ninth Sisters die being really bad. We have to be able to resolve the 3 for 1, otherwise you're likely getting nothing. Force Telekinesis is in here solely to help out poor Ninth Sister. Put your upgrades on her and pray that they go after her. You'll have to get both Grand Inquisitor dice to base melee sides to see one of them stick, so save that Salt Flats focus, it can be worth 6 damage if you can pull off the dream of getting a +3 resolve off Ninth Sister. Make sure you reroll the GI dice until you get your first base side before focusing the second die.
