All your cards are all over the place. You don't have a focus on what you want to do with the deck.
I understand you're new to the game so I suggest you look at other people lists an idea of what they do and why they do it.
From there really think hard on why you want certain cards and why not.
Are you an aggro deck? Control deck? Mill? Combo?
Once you understand what kinda deck you are. How do you win? What needs to happen in your game for you to win. What does your opening hand look like? What is your mid game? What do you do late game?
Remember that you only get 5 cards per turn and 2 resources per turn. Meaning that every turn you need to play it in a way that always seems beneficial to you.
Having a bunch of 1 of in the deck makes it have more tech possibility but it makes you far more inconsistent. Those turns that you really want a Enrage for example. You'll be sad because the chances of you finding it are really low.
Sit down and think about what to do and learn from other people's decklists, playstyles and watch videos of people talking about the game/playing the game.
