The idea behind this deck is pretty straight forward. Lay down some good ranged damage. Comlink is there to play later so get some rerolls if you aren't seeing the damage you want.
Go for the Kill is great to ignore those pesky shields and the FO ties will also clear them to make way for bombardment.
This deck also has a little bit of dice manipulation with some focus and reroll options but mostly it is just supposed to bring the ranged damage and use support card to counter jangos.
