I had played around with many different builds with Han Solo - Independent Hotshot. Both Poe Dameron - More Than A Pilot and Yoda - Wizened Master add many great cards against the big bad, Darth Vader - Terror To Behold.

The MVP cards in the deck other than the obvious Hyperspace Jump were Double-Cross and Paid Off. I would highly recommend I didn't get a chance to play Wanton Destruction all day but I don't think I'd cut it, the blowout potential is too good and its a great defense against the last round rollout. In fact, I would have won the first round of the top 8 if my opponent rolled any combination of damage other than two 2 some might see it as a corner case. but that is the perfect card id like to see as a one of.

A noticeable missing card was Quick Draw. I didn't like this card in the deck because using it would require 2 cards out of my hand (Quickdraw and one of the 6 Blasters) and having as many cards for rerolls and mitigation was much more important to me. Also, the low number of upgrades made this a dead card many times, and a dead neutral card is the worst kind with Han.

Changes I would make: I never played Sabotage and I had it in expecting to play against more vehicle decks. If your meta is full of vehicles I can see keeping it in or maybe adding another but I will be taking out of my future builds.

I'd like to give a shoutout to the Collector Legion Destiny Playgroup, you guys are great and it's always a blast to play against you every week. I'm also super proud of another one of our players, Randy who also made it to the top 8. I'd like to give another big thanks to the TO. He ran the tournament as smoothly as possible especially with the madhouse of the MTG Prerelease going on at the same time.

If anyone has any other questions about my card choices or matchups, feel free to ask, I'd love to answer!

Nice decklist! Jetpack seems like a smart meta choice right now. Was it a dead card against Ranged side decks or am I reading the special wrong?

I'm super intrigued by your lack of Quickdraw; that's been an auto include in my ambush blaster decks forever. Did you ever feel like you needed the extra speed, or was Drop in sufficient enough?

Last question - how vital did you feel Take Flight was? This is a personal favorite card in my version for the reroll into damage but I've been floating back and forth on cutting it to make room for some mitigation.

Against ranged decks you can still get a shield with the Jetpack special. Not great but also not a dead side.

Drop in was good enough. Like I wrote in the breakdown, I didn’t feel like QuickDraw was totally necessary especially with the lower weapon count and it being a neutral card. The speed that I lost from using that was balanced out by Take Flight. They both let me action cheat and get surprise damage on the board. I could see replacing it for mitigation but none of the ones that were left felt great to use.

I like seeing Loth and HDLY missing. Dice too valuable.

What do you think about the combo Nefarious Deed and Sebulba Always Wins against fat vehicle or Vader's Fist? What would you remove to put these 4 cards in the deck?

AmishWarrior 85

@maximus Neither of those cards do anything in their own. And are actively bad if you can’t find the other one for the one two punch. I felt like Double Cross and the other single die removal cards where good enough and had other situation than dealing with supports. The best plan with dealing with fist is getting rid of it before it comes in play. That’s where Scruffy Looking Nerf Herder and the discard sides on Han and Qi’ra’s dice came in handy
