I put this deck together about 3 days before a regional just looking to play something that wasn't out there. I didn't even decide to play it until about 5 minutes before deck lists were to be turned in....Had Vader and Thrawn with me as well. Overall I was really happy with it, it's not fine tuned by any means but every card at some point did make a difference and it was fun to play.

Rnd 1 - Kylo/Pryce (W) Was in control of the game the entire way until my opponent Price of Failure her Pryce to go YOLO. She needed 12 to win and hit 9. Closed it out after that

Rnd 2 - Yoda/Han (W) A great local player that has won at least 2 store championships this season. I pulled a round 1 Planned Explosion on Yoda and was in good control for the rest of the game. Mitigated dice and chipped away at Lando until the game was over. Always enjoy playing with him.

Rnd 3 - Snoke/DJ (L) One of my teammates that I play the most with. DJ's mitigation is just to strong for this deck with adding damage at the same time. Ended up playing 4 times on the day, 3 in the tourney and 1 beforehand. Lost all 4. He ended up taking 2nd place in the Regional, he lost to the same Vader list 3 times on the day. His mismatch.

Rnd 4 - Vader/Bazine (W) Really didn't struggle with controlling his dice throughout the game. I was careful to remove 1 and let him pop his PA before removing another or maybe 2, always made sure to remove Vader Saber as well. Getting Planned Explosion off really helped close it down.

Rnd 5 - Wedge/Lando (W) Another good player, he was 4-0 at the time and I needed to win the game to make it into the top 4. Turn 1 he got Shadow Caster out. I countered with N-1 and hit the special to remove it from the board. The game was still tight throughout as he was able to Falcon cheat a Planned Explosion on me, I returned the favor to regain some control. Ultimately lucked out with him not knowing what the Interceptor does and exhausted his Falcon before he activated it. This deck very likely could have won the Regional, he only lost to me on the day (He scooped to Vader in Top4)

Top 4 - Snoke/DJ (L) Same deck as above. It's a glaring mismatch

Super stoked with how the deck performed and played during the day. By no means would I take this to a GQ or bigger tournament after the whooping that DJ gives it. That being said, with a few tweaks it can compete at the very least.

Your deck was very strong and that first turn kill on Shadow Caster (I love those 1 in 6 rollouts!) made the difference. Was a fun match, we'll have to try a rematch sometime (TTS maybe?). My Lando2/Wedge deck played fairly consistent but I couldn't get my own N-1 support out to counter yours, that was the different. By the time I spaced on the Interceptor play I think you already had the game in hand barring anything crazy. Well played and congrats on your run in the Regional.

That 1 in 6 was pretty critical for sure. I remember you were sitting on Confidence and could make me resolve any other side of that die. Now back to the drawing board for the Glendale GQ in January
