Round 1 - eTalzin/Mando Commando/Mando Commando (W) 1-0
I had a really bad starting hand even after the mulligan. My hand consisted of almost nothing but upgrades for the 1st two rounds. He was able to load up his mandos pretty quick but I killed off the first pretty quick with some good rolls. Unfortunately Rey followed soon after. This match went to time and I won by both damage and he milled himself trying to kill off Luke.
Round 2 - eTalzin/Mando Commando/Mando Commando (W) 2-0
This match went much better. I had great rolls and was able to kill Talzin in turn 2. After that there was not much he could do.
Round 3 - eKanan/eAayla (W) 3-0
This was an interesting match up. I initially went after Aayla but soon went after Kanan and his action shenanigans. Even, after Kanan went down in turn 2, Aayla was loaded up with four upgrades. I was able to keep everyone alive with lots of mitigation and some good rolls to come up with the win.
Round 4- eSnoke/eDJ (L) 3-1
This was a blowout. I tried shielding up but could not keep the die damage and mitigation damage off fast enough. I got DJ down to one health but could not even finish him off.
Top 4 - eYoda/eCassian/Profitable Connections (L) 3-2
This was a good match that came down each of our last couple of cards. His All In plays really did me in. He did 6 damage to Rey turn 1 with it. In the last round, with Luke vs. Yoda, an All In was able to use the focus side of a Yoda die to turn enough upgrade dice to finish me off.
