The idea is to special chain and keep Padme Amidala - Queen of Nabooalive.
First turn should start with Yoda rolling out, allowing for the chance to sneak a 4th resource as soon as possible.
Mulligan for Diplomatic Immunity - Force Speed - 2x Mitigation - Force Protection. If you hit a Yoda special off of the starting roll, claim the money and get Diplomatic Immunitydown onto Padme Amidala - Queen of Nabootrn 1. If you didn't get the Diplomatic Immunity, play Force Protection, if neither are in hand at the start, it is a bit harder to get the shield generation going, but hope for the next turn. Scrap Heap are in for additional income allowing for direct mill from Yoda earlier and getting upgrades out without any concerns.
Options for the deck: Determination, Scruffy Looking Nerf-Herder, Scrap Heap, Into The Garbage Chute, Mislead, Coordination are all otpions for inclusion and removal. Possibly even a second Diplomatic Immunity, Lone Operative. Need to do some indepth testing.
In your stead I would use Otoh Gunga - Naboo instead since some decks uses shields to make damages with for example Riposte or destroy shields with Frighten or Intimidate
