It Binds All Things ? since you run so many blue upgrades

@Ramin-2D2 Yeah I agree it probably should be. The original version that I started with of this deck ran the Sith Holocron package and didn't need It Binds All Things but I removed the package awhile ago and just didn't thinking about It Binds All Things. I am going to try it without the Lightsaber Throw and a Indomitable.

The resource saving might even be able to free up enough resources for a late game Rise Again but I am not ready to go that far yet.
