Just a simple Leia/Ackbar deck with many of the usual suspects as well as some new includes.

A180 Blaster is proving to be worth the slot. The effective 5 damage it can generate vs a shields deck is rather significant. I like modal choice a lot. Fantastic design!

Overkill is a fairly good 2 cost upgrade in my opinion. While it does not generate base damage it is 3 damage sides with no pay sides for 2. It's also somewhat important to have things to overwrite early. Yes I know scout/promotion are more resource efficient in this respect but they are not capable of damage throughput. I have elected to run Overkill instead for this reason.

Inb4 "why no It's a Trap!?!?!?!?!"

Honestly it just has completely failed to pull weight. I can mostly never get it off and even when I do, it rarely decides my fate in any real way. I have elected to drop it as it is contingent on the opponents results and instead I am running leadership. It can produce some nice damage once you have a suited up character. I'll even hold it over rounds to set it up in some cases. Much more consistent card so far.

Defensive Position and Suppression are the only real mitigation cards in the deck. Otherwise Dug In and Field Medic give some defense and longevity.

Otherwise, I think this is what anyone would expect of a rebel command deck at this point. Standard Hit and Run, Wingman and All In Shenanigans.

Inb4 "Leadership and Wingman are bad synergy and you should feel bad."

They are. The intention is not to have everything combo. It's too sketchy and RNG to fall back on combo plans. The idea is to create another line of play during the game that the opponent won't expect and can't assess on board. Hidden information has a lot of value imo.

Thoughts and criticisms are of course always welcome :)

INB4. Why didn't choose Mon Mothma? I think she's just flat out better looking than the fish?

you* Sorry to double post, I really like this archetype. It's a Trap! is brilliant here IMO, especially to get closer to your claim turn. I haven't experienced the same problems with it as you are, but I prefer it over rearm in my world. May I suggest that you try Rocket Launchers in the space of IQA. I think it's just a straight up improvement.

@badeesh I tried Mon Mothma - Skilled Politician this week. She's pretty garbage against good decks. She usually dies so fast she never gets to generate value. She also has no damage sides which really compromises your damage race potential.

Yes, It's a Trap! can be a real blow out when you get it off but almost half the time it seems like a totally dead card. There is a LOT of melee focused decks here atm. When you would It's a Trap! you can't even flip Mon Mothma - Skilled Politician for damage like you can Admiral Ackbar - Perceptive Tactician. Seriously I think it is just a bad character. I'm hoping it shows up later as a single char die you play as more of a support/filler as 2 focus and her re-roll could be pretty good somewhere. It isn't in an aggro deck though.

I don't own Rocket Launcher yet. That's why they aren't here.
